Three tracks of brooding house and techno, crank driven percussion and rubbery bass chugs punch through the dust, whilst deep seated grooves meld with lusty melodic refrains. Some seriously deadly, club ready material.
After a successful debut last year, London-based label Welfare returns with its second release.
Once again, music comes courtesy of the label’s owners and is aimed at the dance-floor. Zigzagging the grey area between House and Techno, hypnotic and relenting moments offered by The Turbine Hall and Anicca are offset by more melodic and experimental sounds of Narcopaloma and A Is For Atom.
