With "Helter Skelter", the London-based DJ and producer Bailey Ibbs lands his debut on VOITAX. After having released a variety of tunes on labels such as Practical Rhythms and Dansu Discs, including the launch of his label - Night Service, the ambitious young talent keeps adding to the newer UK Garage scene. With the VOI 026 Bailey demonstrates once again that he has proven himself to be a serious representative that yet doesn't seem to bind himself to any particular genre. His latest EP now opens up doors to the sunnier season of the year and serves you a skillfully produced mixture of Dubstep, Dancehall, House, and punchy breaks.

Forgoing traditional melody and song-writing, Esker's distinctive sound focuses on the interplay between noise, texture and rhythm. Voitax is happy to present her stunning debut EP, which was assembled from various recording sessions over the past two years. Formerly a drummer and guitarist in various bands in Melbourne's noise scene, the influence of her past is evident in this record - a combination of processed guitar, mangled samples and bizarre, ghostly synthesis form a deep and complex sonic space. The effect of almost a decade in Berlin is just as clearly heard in the EP's thumping techno pulse. Wielded with a drummer's feel for timing and meter, phasing rhythms, crunching lo-fi percussion and thundering kicks provide a solid backbone. Having become absorbed in techno culture, this is her contribution.
Early support by: Ancient Methods, An-I, AnD, Anosme, Dax J, Francois X, Inigo Kennedy, Kangding Ray, Manni Dee, Mumdance, Marcel Dettmann, NX 1, Positive Centre , Ruffhouse, Samuel Kerridge, Svreca, SNTS, Schwefelgelb, Tommy Four Seven, Umwelt and many more.

Release Date: 9th February 2018
Paal is passionate about hardware - analog drum machines, synths and pedals are tracked through a mixing desk, raw and unedited. Imperfections intrinsic to this process are essential to him and give his sound a unique character - warm, organic and, at times, lo-fi and grainy. This can be heard throughout the EP. The VOI 011 also marks a shift in cover artwork as Voitax departs from the utilitarian, hand-stamped labels of the first releases - German photographer Nina Roders, has conceptualised a series of her unique photographs for the forthcoming ten-part EP series.

2x12" Vinyl LP with Download Card. Fear is the vilest of human emotions - it weakens and corrupts, leaving mistrust and paranoia in its wake. In Against the Dying Light, Swarm Intelligence embraces and wields fear, all the while breathing life into its rival: hope. To explore these concepts, Swarm Intelligence turned to horror films for inspiration - choosing dissonance and atonality to create sinister and unsettling melodies, as well as Foley techniques to produce disturbing, unnatural sounds. The results are at times vicious and abrasive, at others acquiescent and almost mournful. Swarm Intelligence's Against the Dying Light marks the first, full-length album on Voitax. With moments of seething tension, unrestrained fury and dejection, as well as glimmers of hope - this record may have its roots in industrial techno, but ultimately it defies classification.

The debut album "Computerlove" from Belgian/Russian artist Veronica Maximova, sets the scene for a broader vision for the label, while also establishing Veronica as a fresh and important artistic voice on the VOITAX roster. The title of the album describes a generation that is connected more than ever, and yet still alone in a society where happiness is mandatory. The attachment to a screen is instilled in almost every waking activity of a generation that knows how good it feels to share their life with somebody, but also knows how vulnerable and insecure one can become by sharing.
