Leo Samson has been putting in the work as one of the key Reggae Roast residents for the past 5 years. His first big release came in the form of a monster remix for Benny Page’s ‘Champion Sound’ which went on to become an underground anthem. All the while he has been releasing remixes for the likes of Nice Up! Records one of the UKs best dancehall labels and Boom Sound Recordings. Now based in London, Interrupt continues to provide his own individual upbeat vibe, which features old-school drum machines, bold basslines and colourful synthesizers. Having worked with Speng Bong,Cubiculo Records and Spanish singers Ponchita Peligros & George Palmer, he already has significant hits under his belt and shows no signs of slowing down.

There’s no doubt about it, ‘Weed Anthem’ is set to be one of the big Ganja tunes for 2016, yet another home grown slice of hard hitting digital Roots that the Reggae Roastlabel has become synonymous with. Donovan Kingjay’s love for the ‘magical plant’ is backed by Adam Prescott’s heavy take on the ‘Hot Milk’ riddim which features hints of Johnny Clarke’s ‘Legalise It’too. Although born in London, singer Donovan Kingjayspent his formative years in Lucea, Hanover JA, before he returned to the UK, where he began his musical education. Encouraged by King Original's Waziralongside Michael Palmer, Philip 'Fatis' Burrelland Sugar Minott, he realised his potential as a recording artist and all round Soundsystem entertainer. Now a Reggae Roastregular, Donovan is touring the world spreading his conscious message of Peace, Love& Unity.
Adam Prescotthas quickly established himself as one of the key players in the re- emergence of British Reggae, with first class original songs featuring the likes of Cornel Campbell,Michael Prophet,Sugar Minot,Ranking Joe,Rod Taylor& Johnny Osbourneto name but a few. Add to that consistent play on BBC Radio One& Rinse FM& huge support from Sir David Rodigan, featuring Adam on his ‘Best Of British’ show on 1Xtra, Adam is becoming one of the hottest prospects in the revival of soundsystem music.
