Following up on his highly acclaimed "The Forced Force Is Not The True Force", Mr. G is back on his own Phoenix G label delivering 3 big house cuts and a suspenseful tool.
Part 2 of the Unreleased Gemz series presented by Phoenix G. This release features a very special coloured / handstamped 12'' with 4 unreleased heavy MR.G cuts. This slice of vinyl contains 4 cuts that represent the different styles G has done over the years. From an emotive vocal laden deep jam to an oldschoolish banger.
'Mates EP' is the first single 12'' coming through the Phoenix G imprint for quite some time now. Mr. G has invited his friend Duncan Forbes to create some reworks of recent G material. Duncan has a special way of reworking these already fat cuts by turning the thickness up a notch. On the B side, G and Duncan did a jam together.

Growing up with these tunes and owning them I began to realise if someone didn't represent them to the next generation they would be long lost and forgotten. So please... enjoy this time capsule of music from another time... you'll hear nothing's changed! - Mr. G, 2018
