A1- O.Xander with Paaliaq provides a subtle and analog house track. Percussive drums, 4 to the floor kick, slow acid bass-line, shy and hypnotic notes create a perfect club track .
A2 - Dome Zero by Sunn Boo is a melancholic and hypnotic house track. The subtle but really deep bass-line perfects the track.
B1 - Maintain Illusions by the Paris based producer Raär, is a journey to the unknown. Harsh acid line, bumpy and jerky kicks, brillant hi-hats and hammering snare make you stagger.
B2 - Engaging Proxima-b by the Berlin based artist Ahi is spatial track. No drums, only pads, textures and fx to make you dive into an oppressive, heavy but beautiful journey.
Thick breakbeats, rolling drums and groovy acid lines combined with a ghostly background theme make this EP into straight-up clubready material. After his last release on the imprint, De Sluwe Vos is back with another 4-tracker made for the dancefloor.

"Den Heliga Ån" (The Sacred River) is the debut album of ambient wizard and techno connoisseur Aos. The album is themed around the river Helge Å that runs through the town of Åhus in the southern parts of Sweden. The town in which Aos grew up. The music reflects both a deep love of the river and the nature that surrounds it and has a melancholic feel of a time passed by.
On the course of this album Aos invites us to take the journey on the river with him: from the sweeping electronic gestures of timelessness in Tiden upphör vid Mölleholmen, via the melodic pings that can be heard throughout Graften, and the ritualistic electronics at play in Jag eldar vass vid Kavrö until the blissful mellowness of Vår i biflödena – where spring has arrived, and both the river and the music are filled with a calm melancholy, yet joyful in it’s celebration of a winter that is ending.
This debut album collects six tracks of soft techno, ambient atmospheres and field recordings with a close attention to details, harmonics and electronics.
Composed and recorded in Stockholm by Aos. Field-recordings made on location in Åhus, Sweden. Mastered by Andreas Tilliander in Repeatle Studios.
Arising from the outskirts of Brussel is Noord Halle, a young and promising source of hard to beat fast paced electro tracks. Jefre EP might be his debut, but the support is steady already with the B side delivering two truly unique remixes by BAKK regulars Antenna and Haron. All in all this record proves to be a strong hand in any game.

Marking his first appearance on Northern Electronics, Copenhagen's Rune Bagge delivers a debut album of capricious rhythms set against the thrilling glare of an icy daybreak. There are some remarkably magnetic moments to be found in the ambient pieces on 'Pink Dreams,' though the friction burns from 'Five Elements' and the rest of the club numbers will demand urgent attention.
Mathias Schaffhauser, founder of German label Ware Records debuts on Third Ear with a 3-track 12". This is 'big-sky', expansive, driving Techno; even the beatless version of Grad Minus 12. Mathias Schaffhauser's Ware Records had a very recognisable sound. It was one of the defining labels of the Cologne Sound, most associated with Kompakt these days. But in the 90s and early 00s, Ware was as significant a label, especially for DJs. This release is very much a good example of THAT sound, still sounding fresh and bristling with good energy.
Mark du Mosch, Credit 00, William The Squid, Jared Wilson and Eluize join on Pt. 2 of this year's War Child Fundraiser from Craigie Knowes. Acid, House, Disco-vibes and dreamy Electro sounds across this awesome 5 track EP - the second instalment of the two-part series.
Tribal-chaos in a completely positive way. Think Shackleton post-getting lost in the African wilderness for a month. Lovely stuff. Ltd 12" Vinyl, custom sleeve, shrink-wrapped.
Solar Phenomena keeps up a busy schedule with the third EP of 2018. This one comes from cult UK artist Duckett who's past collaborations include Tom Demac, Grimes Adhesif and Leif. Recently he has served up solo EPs for labels like Galdoors, UntilMyHeartStops and Wisdom Teeth. Mixing up elements of IDM, techno and ambient, he is a sculptor of timeless tracks that come from another world.
'Could I Pulverise A Leg' opens up the EP with trippy synths falling down the face of the track, with minimal drums and corrugated bass racing below. It's the sound of space travel in turbulent times. 'Cycling Is Crushed Inside A Moment He Forgot' is more sparse, with watery keys and curious melodies drifting about above another barely there groove. It's heavenly, celestial stuff that places you in a microbial world of neon colours and beautifully alien sounds. 'Flex' is more for the club, with broken mechanical drums and fractured vocal sounds all grinding together to make for something truly new and original sounding. 'Risks' then rounds out the EP with edgy ambience and coarse hits, swirling pads and an ominous suspense that keeps you engaged throughout. It rounds out a hugely inventive EP.

2x12" Vinyl LP with Download Card. Fear is the vilest of human emotions - it weakens and corrupts, leaving mistrust and paranoia in its wake. In Against the Dying Light, Swarm Intelligence embraces and wields fear, all the while breathing life into its rival: hope. To explore these concepts, Swarm Intelligence turned to horror films for inspiration - choosing dissonance and atonality to create sinister and unsettling melodies, as well as Foley techniques to produce disturbing, unnatural sounds. The results are at times vicious and abrasive, at others acquiescent and almost mournful. Swarm Intelligence's Against the Dying Light marks the first, full-length album on Voitax. With moments of seething tension, unrestrained fury and dejection, as well as glimmers of hope - this record may have its roots in industrial techno, but ultimately it defies classification.
