Proudly presenting the “Broken Home’ EP from label newcomers Dogger, Mindstate & Liam Bailey. The title track has already found much acclaim, with Calibre ending many of his sets with it. 1985 Music is renowned for our minimal, but also more melodic, nuanced dnb, so we thought it fitting to go back to this sound, and these roots for this release. This soulful, musical 4 track EP is modern liquid at its finest, with the highly respected Liam Bailey on vocals laying down the hooks. Available on 5th April on vinyl and digital.

For their ninth record TRUSIK enlists the German producer bhed whose long form constructions blend ambient, dub, techno, and dubstep into forms that stretch each genre’s signifiers to their breaking points.
The monumental opener “eighteenhundred” melds sun-drenched synth work onto a meandering rhythm that gives way to a dub techno influenced beat that morphs into a jittering whirr of glitch-like percussive brushstrokes and serpentine sub weight.
Title track “apatheia” harkens back to ’08 Peverelist with a strident march and groovy Jamaican bass weight as the mixing board comes alive with fading guitar chops that encircle themselves like an ouroboros.
Lastly, “east” is a loose homage to Augustus Pablo’s mystical “East of the River Nile” with a cloudy fog of one-drop rim shots echoing into infinity and a steppa’s amble.
As with label mates Tremble and Zygos, Ben LaDieu is called upon once more to grace TRSK009 with his dense, hallucinogenic artwork that melds the mundane and surreal.
Longtime friend of the Sweet Sensi Crew, Rumbleton brings his distinct style of Amenism, dubwise, bass RUMBLE junglism. For side A we get the future classic Codex Indica; a deep meditation on dub and junglism. On the side B, Rumbleton meets DJ Clear for Sweet Sensi Records first foray into true Drum Funk. Here we have a taste of what it would be like if soundclash met drum funk junglism.
10 years is a long time for any label, and throughout the past decade Repertoire has seen distributors come and go, vinyl sales plummet, and interest in the breakbeat-led drum and bass wane. But steadfast in its ideals, the label has never strayed from its roots, and today goes from strength to strength as jungle's golden age influences a new generation.
To celebrate this landmark we've tasked some of the most influential producers on the jungle circuit with re-imagining classic tracks from our back catalogue. This is Repertoire 10/20.
Featuring remixes from scene trailblazers such as Dead Man's Chest, Sonar's Ghost, Double-O, Friske, AU & Jesta, and more. Repertoire 10/20 is a broad look at underground drum and bass as it is in 2019 and beyond.

The 'Your Moves EP' will be Workforce's third release overall and the first release to appear on a different label other than his native, Must Make Music outlet.
In a short time Workforce has already carved out a strong identity in the music he is releasing. There are values, details and characteristics that set his work apart from anyone else. This singularity is of course underpinned by a strong sense of function, the sense of function is something that connects all of his work.
On Your Moves EP, we are given six tracks that further the Workforce mission, a confident and assured release from Jack Stevens that will no doubt be held in as high regard from peers and listeners alike.
London based DJ, producer, and Holding Hands label boss Desert Sound Colony turns to Moxie’s On Loop imprint for the sprightly Can Can Wingspan EP. Featuring three dynamic and experimental club tracks, the EP channels the same raw energy and excitement that typifies On Loop’s infamous touring club nights.
Opening cut ‘Can Can Wingspan’ is a fiery garage-indebted, dancefloor focused track, loaded with explosive breakbeats, bubbling synths, and a throbbing low end. ‘Mox Diamond’ is an up-tempo house gem featuring clattering percussion, seductive whispers, and infectious keys. Closing track ‘Zoom To Your Doom’ is a tripped-out experimental jam with hallucinatory vocal samples, jacking snares, and kaleidoscopic synth splutters.
