The ambulance rushes in a gentle speed of sonic rain through an empty suburb. Acid Skanking volume 7 is bouncing at 132 bpm of minimal synth apprediators and sliding basslines forward into the mist. on the flipside it follows the main theme on a more grim breaks and bass based version from the first side.
Acid Skanking Volume 6 rolls back to strictly dub style and acid lines with the tune LOVE and on the flipside the extended version with some more breakbeats and gabba dub spices. featuring main theme played on the balafon, rolling bassline from the transistor bass teebee 303 and lots of swinging hihats and gentle moving drums. served well on 75 or 150 bpm.
This is the 23 edition of the Department of Akusmatic Science from Institut für Elektroaksutik Hamburg residing in the Musicethnological Devision of the Hanseatic Cultural Property. After three years of research and one year of editing finaly this Issue is archiving fieldrecordings from destroyed (Kaputte) Automatic Teller Machines (ATM) or Bankomats. The recordings where gathered by Chrisoph S. from 1980 til 2017 in various places around europe. This compilation offers a selection of these recordings of the music of kaputte geldautomaten on disc.
The record comes with fold-out cover, anti-static deluxe sleave and a 16 page booklet with sound shorthand drawings in full color by chrizzi heinen and a scientific epilog by editor f.k. raeithel.

Acid Skanking Volume 3 brings us back to the acid basslines. No More Hustle is a crossculture acid riddim kicking idm breakbeats and juke into dub basslines on 160 bpm. Flipside the the dub version on 80 bpm deep into echo chamber science.
Second Acid Skanking! What is this, no teebee 303 this time, but we have a transformer scratching technics main theme this time! this one drops down on the a side to 126 bpm into boom bap and hip house. Scavaged from an originated version from 1996 made with a soundtracker in 8 bit and 22 khz. The flipside drops a hardcore house version running up into 150 bpm and adds some crunchy akai 950 amen flavour breaks.
Dubcore Volume 21 comes as a split with mutant junglists from poland. Riffz & Dubsknit and We Rob Rave, who are Pzg & Dubsknit each one drops two tunes on this release. following up the Dubcore Volume 19 by We Rob Rave again with a magnetic blend of jungle, juke and happy hardcore.
Acid Skanking is dedicated to cross-cultural riddims. the first one drops versions of the ‚planck‘ riddim: acid basslines meets dub science on 162 bpm. there we go ska rude girls and boys skanking on acid. the flip side with the ‚hypernism planck‘ brings back old school hardcore on the same bassline inclusive a proper slamming hoover ending.
Mark Boombastik is a human beatbox with advanced technics. Early in his career, he added guitar effects and bass synths to his live sets to push his vocal art to a new level. Mark Boombastik is mostly known for his astonishing crossover pop-song "Putzen" which was licensed for german TV shows among other crazy things. Through this novelty hit he caught the attention of the Berlin record label Shitkatapult for which he produced the long-player "Adios Berlin" together with Eduardo Delgado-Lopez. Lesser known but extremely sought after are his releases on Meeuw Muzak and Gagarin Records. With Gagarin Records chairman Felix Kubin he did countless live and studio collaborations. After a brief release-hiatus, this 7" on Sozialistischer Plattenbau presents two recent tracks. The record comes in a cover that was designed by Hamburg artist Thomas Baldischwyler and printed in 3 punky color-layers with a middle-aged Riso printer on recycled paper.
Dubcore Volume 20 is another Istari Lasterfahrer release. dropping four tunes starting up with a more dub then jungle track "bridge over gibraltar", strictly echoing and bass. "waanya" second on the a side goes into heavy amen breaks and massiv dancehall basslines. on the flipside the speed goes up from previously 160/162 bpm to 174bpm with the soundclash mashup tune "pee pee a fi dubplate" with warping subs, filteramens and melanged on top with uptempo footwork riddims. last tune "mr. white" drops back to 162 bpm and dubwize basslines and idm jungle breaks.

"One Billion Suckers" is a vicious hardcore tune collaborating with dancehall riddims. followed up by some old school jungle breakcore slammer with granulare glitches vocals and 90ies piano hook from the past. the b side starts with „rave like tiller boys & girls“ on the more playfull side of heavy baseline driven four to the floor breaks. for the end of the plate „fucked up in the brain“ smoothes down the average pace of 195bpm of this release to 140bpm with a bass tune. this release comes in a full color cover and is hand numbered an limited to 250 copies.

Three tracks of darkness and mashup jungle by Sumone aka Sum. Sumone has been releasing since 2004 on various well known jungle labels like JungleXpeditions, Mosh-Hi Records, Aural Carnage Recordings, Sprengstoff Recordings, Planet Mu, Alphacut Records, Destroy Oh Boy and many others.
With Dubcore Volume 15 we welcome Coco Bryce from Myor to the series. This one will be a rave release. “ironing service” is the most jungle related tune one the vinyl. followed up by a more experimental tune called “oracle” testing out the fields between breaks and juke in it’s own way. flipside we go into stomping hardcore tunes with 4/4 kicks and heavy basslines.
Dubcore Vol.12 welcomes back rotterdam soundboy FFF under the radar. FFF droped two tunes for Dubcore Vol.7 in 2009, now he is back for four more tunes. He is taking his round this time with a melange of footwork infected jungle, hardcore slaps on dubby basslines and darkside and ragga breakbeats.
