Joining us for the 5th instalment of the Lost City Archives volumes is the one and only Main Phase. Going from strength to strength in the UKG scene. He's put together this EP showcasing his versatility over an array of styles.
Two ruffneck jungle dance floor killers, an Eski 2 step edit & for good measure a piece of 140 reminiscent of early DMZ. Safe to say this one will fly out.
Lost City Archives is back with a massive 4 track EP from Japan’s own Stones Taro. Delivering a trifecta of quality Garage, Breaks and Jungle, certain to peak the interest of any serious underground aficionado.
For volume six, we have four ethereal club driven belters. Spanning bass, breaks, techno & garage. Supplied by a trio of powerhouse producers all hailing from Germany. Kid Kun takes the helm with 'Moments' & 'Noble' spaced out takes on garage and breaks. Collaborating on tracks withVan Kost & Ekko for some techno leaning anthems.
Following on from his standout album on Nite Grooves, Jozef K is back with more of his underground brilliance on the Lost City Archives Vol.3 EP.
Jozef K is a very real talent that writes across electronic spectrum, exploring dreamy, ethereal house through to atmospheric jungle and all out acid assaults. He has been releasing in this manner for years now, garnering constant high profile press support and key DJ and artist backing.
The A1 kicks off with the dark and paranoid Disintergrated, combining razor sharp breakbeats over rave stabs and atmospheric vocals. Sapphire explores a nostalgic, soft acid vibe for an introspective dance floor moment. Can You Hear Me? offers slamming 303 lines & an evil Twin Peaks vocal sample over UK hardcore inspired breaks, one for the warehouse all nighter crew. Last of all, Wrongs, ft. Manchester vocal talent Jade Parker, is some evocative, dreamy and menacing jungle with killer drums, angelic vocals and heavenly pads.
Another varied and vital EP from this most accomplished producer.
Introducing Lost City Archives - showcasing the sounds of the UK's underground. Kicking off proceedings we have the enigmatic new-comer(?) Ash Brown, delivering 12 inches of 90's tinged nostalgia.
